Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancel auto-renewal

Cancelling a subscription turns off automatic renewal. The paid plan and its features remain active until the end of the period that has already been paid for.

At the end of that period, the workspace automatically moves to the Free plan and no further subscription payment is collected.

Refunds

Cancelling auto-renewal does not automatically refund payments for the current billing period.

Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory refund or withdrawal rights available under applicable consumer law. Contact support if you believe such a right applies.

After cancellation

You can continue using paid limits and features until the displayed subscription end date. Export or download anything you need before that date.
